WhatsApp Business API
WhatsApp Business API (WABA) is an official channel for bulk messaging and automation.
To connect it, you need a company website and a Meta business portfolio.
Unlike regular WhatsApp, WABA requires template messages to initiate a conversation. These templates must first be approved by Meta. Templates fall into three categories: “Marketing,” “Utility,” and “Authentication.”
The cost of one template message is 0.11$ regardless of its category.
In ChatApp, templates are purchased in packages in multiples of 100.
The minimum package of 100 template messages costs 11$.
When a customer messages you or replies to a template message, a 24-hour window opens during which you can communicate using regular messages. The window closes if 24 hours have passed since the customer’s last message. To continue the conversation, you must send another template message.
To connect WABA, you need:

• a Facebook personal account without restrictions;
• a company business portfolio in Meta with administrator permissions;
